Basic information

• NLB SmartPOS is a certified touch application on the phone
• Mobile application with POS terminal function.
• One of the most advanced technologies in the field of card payments, which enables merchants to accept card payments without additional equipment.
• Payment by card requires Android 10.0+ with Internet access and NFC enabled.
• With NLB SmartPOS, the phone can accept contactless payments with VISA and Mastercard payment cards issued by any bank and through mobile payment applications (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and others), as well as through other devices (Garmin Pay).
• After completing the transaction, proof of payment will be displayed on the screen of the Smart POS device and can be sent to the buyer via SMS, email address or another channel of his choice.

After downloading the app from Google Play and installing it on your mobile device, activate the app by entering:

• Username – which you receive in your registered email address and
• Activation code – which you receive on your registered mobile phone number in the form of a text message with an activation code that you must use or enter in the application within a certain period of time, otherwise it becomes invalid.

After entering the activation code in the application itself, you create a personal pin code for the next login to the application, and you can optionally specify the login using biometrics, if the device on which the application is activated supports such an option.

Activation ends when you log into your user (legal entity) profile.
