The card is used for various payments through POS inside and outside of Kosovo wherever the MasterCard logo appears and purchases on the Internet.
This card enables customers to pay their debt to the Bank in installments. The debt is divided depending on the amount used, with a term of 1 to 36 months.

You should block your card immediately in order to protect it from possible misuse. You can block your card by calling 038 240 230 100 every day from 08:00 to 24:00, and you can do the same during working hours at any NLB Banka branch.
