VISA Personal banking

The VISA Personal banking card is designed for all VIP customers of NLB Banka who have current accounts.

• Debit card with international validity     
• Payment at all terminals in Euro currency inside and outside the country with 0% commission     
• Payment of credit card debt automatically or through NLB E-Klik     
• Cash withdrawals at all NLB Group ATMs in Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina with low commission;     
• Checking the balance of the personal account free of charge at all NLB Group ATMs;     
• Free reissuance of the card after expiry;     
• Any adult holding a personal current account at NLB Banka can be equipped with this card;     
• The basic daily limit for withdrawing funds at the ATM is 700 Euros and payment at the POS is 1000 Euros.

You should block your card immediately in order to protect it from possible misuse. 

You can block the card by calling 038 240 230 100 every day from 08:00 to 24:00, and you can do the same during working hours at any NLB Banka branch.
