Renovation loan

The maximum loan amount is up to €50,000. 

Loan amount without mortgage up to €30,000.

• Be residents of the Republic of Kosovo,     
• Receive salary through NLB Banka.

• ID Card of borrower and co-borrower;     
• Employment contract for the borrower and co-borrower;     
• Pledge on the salary signed by the employer;     
• Other documents as needed.
