10 October, 2022 Contact Center is an integrated telephone service, with the Automat service from which you can receive a lot of information through the identification code.

Contact center officers are available for you 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

We also offer a voicemail service from which you can receive recorded information, depending on your interest. Automatic information can be:

  • Balance of the account, credit, deposit, card, etc.     
  • Account information,     
  • List of exchange rates,     
  • General information (eg pension payment day, salary payment etc.).
