Viber Chat

Viber chat is a new channel for direct communication with the Bank's Contact Center. To start the conversation you need to scan the QR Code below with your phone:

→ To scan the QR Code, open the camera of your phone and bring it close to the QR Code, under the QR Code you will see the Viber Chat link that you must click and then NLB Banka's Viber Chat opens, where you can directly start a conversation by clicking on "Message".

Other option:

→ To scan the QR Code, open your VIBER app on your phone and click on More (…). Click on the QR Code icon at the top of the Viber app. After clicking the QR Code, your camera opens, with which you need to scan the QR Code published on this website, and then the Viber channel of NLB Banka opens,  where you can directly start a conversation by clicking on "Message".
