NLB Banka also supports you even if you are in the role of beneficiaries of guarantees, playing the role of the notifying bank.

Guarantees are issued based on the bank's rules and procedures; while the texts are formulated according to the latest uniform rules for guarantees on demand, URDG, 2010 edition ICC Publication No. 758. 

The professional staff of NLB Banka offers you advice from the beginning of negotiations with your business partners, whether in the role of Applicants or Beneficiaries, until the expiration of the guarantee.

NLB Bank, whether for its customers, or other customers who provide the bank with acceptable coverage based on the Central Bank regulation and its procedures in force, issues the following guarantees:

• Tender guarantees;     
• Guarantees for fulfillment of obligations;     
• Payment guarantees;     
• Advance payment guarantees;     
• Customs Guarantees;     
• Retention money guarantees;     
• Guarantees for insurance/maintenance of works; etc.

While you are left with the easy part of the contract! Fulfilling the conditions to receive the guarantee:

• Have an account at NLB Banka;     
• Have positive cash flow;     
• Have sufficient collateral.
