Opening an Escrow Account
At the customer's request, the Bank opens Escrow Accounts within one (1) Business Day after receiving the following documents:
- Contract/Agreement or any other document related between the parties, which will serve as the legal basis for opening the account and binding the Escrow Agreement; and
- of all documents related to account opening (based on the Account Opening procedure).
