On May 19, 2025, the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) approved the appointment of the new Board of Directors of NLB Banka Prishtina. The newly appointed Board of Directors comprises Antonio Argir, Peter Zelen, Mateja Treven, Abdylmenaf Bexheti, and Blerta Berveniku.

At the upcoming meeting of the Board, Antonio Argir is expected to be re-elected as Chairman, with Peter Zelen set to be re-elected as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of NLB Banka Prishtina.

Gem Maloku, President of the Management Board of NLB Banka Pristina, will continue to participate in Board meetings in a non-voting capacity.
