We inform you that online payments in the new version of the browser "Google Chrome" cannot be made on some websites, because the developers of this browser have created a new attribute for websites that are not secured with the HTTPS protocol ( see print screen underlined in red), the payments are not made.

So, in these cases, after you have filled in the payment data, as well as the 3DS form, the following blank page will appear, for which your payment will not be made, but also the means for payment will not be reserved in the bank , so the transaction will fail. The bank has decided to send you this notification, because during the attempt no message appears informing you that the transaction has been rejected.

The solution that enables the realization of the payment

In these cases, in order for your payment to be made through the 3DS form, for which you have registered and created a secret password, please use the Internet Explorer browser, or an older version of the Google Chrome browser.
